Like regular Uzushio King, it takes four years to grow and is made into bite-sized pieces that are easy to eat.

Uzushio Oji is a bite-sized rock oyster that is suitable for eating raw and is very easy to eat.
It has very little odor and has a slightly salty and rich taste.

Iwa oysters have a stronger flavor than true oysters, so they go perfectly with grated maple leaves and ponzu sauce.
