We use oysters produced in Hyogo Prefecture that were personally selected by Naokichi, the representative of the Oyster Young People's Association, and the oysters are delicious. Also, by using sesame oil and garlic, it has a nice aroma and a strong taste, and it is very delicious whether you eat it straight from the can or warm it up.
It's delicious not only as ajillo, but also in pasta or fried rice.
