Features of "Oyster rice seasoning with zinc "
The oysters used are from Oi, Hyogo Prefecture, and are handpicked by Naoki, the representative of the Young Oyster Association. The oysters are very large, as only the largest oysters of the season are used.
Two servings contain only 5.8g of fat (about 1.5g per serving)!

Hyogo Prefecture is one of the famous oyster producing areas. Murozu and Sakae are famous, but Aioi City is also famous.

How to eat
1. Put 2 cups of rinsed rice into the rice cooker.
2. Place a colander or wire ladle into the filter and add only the dashi soy sauce to the rice cooker, then add water up to the 2 cups mark.
3. Cook the rice in the rice cooker as usual, and when it's done, open the lid, add the reserved oysters on top of the rice, cover and leave to steam for about 5 minutes.
4. After 5 minutes, the oyster rice is ready!
