Oysters produced in Hyogo Prefecture are also used in the "Sesame Oil-Based Garlic Flavored Oysters Pickled in Oil" in the Kakitabetai series.
Normally, it is in season during the winter, but thanks to special technology, you can now enjoy it deliciously even from summer to fall!
The taste is cleaner than winter oysters, and they have less odor, making them very easy to eat raw.
