On October 5, 2023, we went to Uchinoumi in Naruto City, Tokushima Prefecture to check the oysters of oyster owners and perform "undersea aging" by submerging alcohol into the ocean floor.
Who is the oyster owner?
Since May 2023, we have been selling oyster ownership rights on the online shopping site of the Young Oyster Association.
Those who purchase ownership have the right to hold this basket for one year, and if they send alcohol, they also have the right to sink it to the ocean floor.
This time, I checked the baby oysters (young oysters) that I put in this basket, and I worked on sinking the alcohol to the sea floor.
