【material】
Oysters: 6 pieces (120 g)
Bacon: 1 piece (20 g)
Potatoes: 1 small (100 g)
1/4 onion (50 g)
Butter: 5 g
White wine: 1 tablespoon
Water: 200ml
Milk: 100ml

Parsley (chopped): Appropriate amount
[How to make]
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of potato starch on the prepared oysters and gently knead them, then rinse with water to remove dirt.
Wipe off the moisture with kitchen paper.
<<How to make>>
1. Cut the bacon into 1 cm wide strips. Cut potatoes and onions into thin slices. Potatoes are briefly exposed to water
2. Put butter in a small pan, heat it up, and fry the bacon and onions. Once the onions have softened, add the oysters (4 pieces) and white wine and bring to a boil. Add potatoes and water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Heat the butter in a frying pan and bake the topping oysters (2 pieces). Turn it over, add a little white wine (not listed), cover with a lid, steam-grill and cook through.
4. When the rough heat of 2 is removed, smooth it with a mixer (or blender). Return to pot, add milk and heat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Pour 4 into a bowl, place 3 on top, and sprinkle with parsley.
