In cooperation with Mr. Maruhachi, a member of the Oyster Young Association, who makes brand oysters in Itoshima, Fukuoka Prefecture, I decided to make Naokichi Oyster, the founder of the Oyster Young Association!

What are the characteristics of Naokichi Oyster?

Naokichi Oyster aims to be a bite-sized oyster with a strong salty taste , which is carefully selected from the seeds used to the farming method .

First of all, we plan to sell in limited quantities.

By cooperating with a vendor who is particular about baby oysters, we produce oysters that are particular about baby oysters.

These baby oysters are placed in a special net and raised until they reach a certain size.

These oysters are hung on an oyster raft for several months, and when they grow in size, they are moved to a different weave.

Ultimately, we plan to put it in a special basket, adjust the size, and cut the corners.

Sales are scheduled to start in September-October 2023.
As an oyster industry, we would like to take on the challenge of new initiatives such as advance reservations for NFT holders!
