Oysters: 6 pieces (120 g)
Bacon: 1 piece (20 g)
Potatoes: 1 small (100 g)

White wine: 1 tablespoon
Water: 200ml
Milk: 100ml
Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
Pepper: A little Butter: 5 g
Parsley (chopped): Appropriate amount
[How to make]
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of potato starch on the prepared oysters and gently knead them, then rinse with water to remove dirt.
