・Watch the owner grow oysters ・Eat oysters on the boat ・Experience polishing oysters ・Watch sake aged under the sea

Visit to an oyster farm

Etsuo, the producer of Uzushio Champion, gave us an explanation about oysters and oyster farming.
Whirlpool Champion Etsu

Because Etsu has tried all of the current oyster farming methods, he was able to learn information about a variety of oysters!

Owner's tour of oysters

We had a chance to look around the oysters grown by the current owners of Uzushio Champion Single Seed.

Eating oysters on a boat

We had Sugi try the single-seeded oysters we had just landed on the spot!
This was very moving for all those who attended.
I think it was a unique experience!

Oyster polishing experience

We had the experience of polishing the oysters that we had just landed.
If you visit during the oyster harvest season, you will be able to have this experience!

Observing underwater aging of alcohol

The highlight of this event is undersea aged sake!

Owners can sink their favorite alcoholic beverages to the bottom of the ocean (bottle-keeping system).

There were oysters stuck to the bottles, which suggested that the oysters were maturing beneath the oyster rafts.

The taste was also amazing, so if you're interested, why not become an owner now?
